Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism.
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Triage and log incoming support tickets.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
  • Handle routine office errands such as checking mail, making bank deposits, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Manage lunch or supply pickups and other ad-hoc office errands.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception and office environment.
  • Provide administrative support to staff and leadership as needed.

Qualifications

  • Professional demeanor with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for office errands.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office coordinator role preferred.
