Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism.
- Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Triage and log incoming support tickets.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Handle routine office errands such as checking mail, making bank deposits, and coordinating deliveries.
- Manage lunch or supply pickups and other ad-hoc office errands.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception and office environment.
- Provide administrative support to staff and leadership as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional demeanor with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for office errands.
- Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office coordinator role preferred.
