Office Coordinator & Front Desk Administrator

Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism. Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly and courteously. Triage and log incoming support tickets. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages. Handle routine office errands such as checking mail, making bank deposits, and coordinating deliveries. Manage lunch or supply pickups and other ad-hoc office errands. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception and office environment. Provide administrative support to staff and leadership as needed. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively. Professional demeanor with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for office errands. Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office coordinator role preferred.
